We are seeking a skilled and dedicated System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability and efficiency of our network and systems. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
- Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and operating at peak performance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Perform network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect against unauthorized access.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for users to facilitate better understanding of systems.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity and availability.
- Manage storage solutions and optimize disk usage.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor security logs and respond to security incidents.
- Install and update antivirus software and other security tools.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats and ensure the organization is protected.
- Oversee software updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Manage hardware inventory and coordinate hardware repairs or replacements.
- Ensure all IT assets are properly documented and tracked.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) and network protocols.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The AVP of Property Sales will be responsible for handling sales through Property/ Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Developers, Property Channel partners. The Head Sales will be responsible for handling sales through institutions, banks, private bankers, and family offices. The ideal candidate will be a high energy, hands on and detailed-oriented individual who has successfully built and managed channel sales teams.
- Provide AutoCAD design support for all the company’s upcoming projects.
- Preparing Architectural working drawings, detail drawings, architectural layouts, construction documents & Good For Construction (GFC) drawings.
- Ability to interpret the vision of the senior project team members and translate it into a technical drawing using AutoCAD based on given specifications and calculations.
- Responsible for completion of all layout drawings, architectural drawings, design drawings, Service Drawings, Sections, Perspectives/Elevations, Floor plans.
- 3+ years of experience as an AutoCAD Architect.
- Ability to develop efficient designs in collaboration with decision makers.

You will be responsible for maximizing returns on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems. S/He will be responsible for coordination of company’s financial planning and budget management functions. This includes ensuring compliance to generally accepted finance and legal principles.
- Guide financial decisions and protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Conduct and manage internal audits and provide information to external auditors.
- Prepare budgets and achieve budget objectives by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data and recommend corrective
- Provide regular updates on financial status of the company by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
- Prepare periodic management reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Comply with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipate future legislation, enforce adherence to requirements, file financial reports and advise management on needed actions.
- Protect operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.
- Ability to create and analyze financial reports, statements and budget documents.

- Preparing preliminary notes on the property and title reports.

- Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support business.
